eCare Thermometer products and services may require electronic activation, during which unique identifiers of your device, application type, network, and subscription are sent to eCare Thermometer sensors.
1.3 Use of Products and Services
When you access our services online, our web servers automatically create records related to your visit. These records typically include IP address, access time, website links, pages viewed, links and features used, content viewed or requested, browser or application type, language, and other such information. Please also refer to our Cookie Policy. Our applications may periodically connect to our servers to check for updates or send information related to service use. Additionally, we may invite you to join voluntary product and service improvement or research programs and collect detailed information during such activities.
1.4 Information You Provide to Us
When you create an account, make a purchase, request services, participate in research or marketing activities, or otherwise interact with us, we may ask you to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and device-related information.

1.6 Permission to Access Camera
When using services, your Android phone requires camera permissions to scan QR codes on our devices for binding. We need access to the camera to provide these services.
1.7 Permission to Access Software Installation List
For user sharing functions, we may need to collect the software installation list.
1.8 Permission to Collect Device Information
To identify your device, prevent malicious activity, enhance security, ensure operational quality and efficiency, we collect your device information (including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, GUID, MAC address), installed app information, or running process information.
1.9 Integrated Getui SDK in Application
For user notification functions, we may need to collect relevant personal information from end-users, mainly including: device ID, DHCP information, Gtc retrieves MAC.

eCare Thermometer may process your personal data for the following purposes. This may be for one purpose or multiple purposes simultaneously.

We may use your personal data to provide our products and services to you; process your requests; as may be necessary to fulfill the contract between you and eCare Thermometer; ensure the functionality and security of our products and services; identify you personally; and prevent and investigate fraud and other misuse.

Some services may require you to register an eCare Thermometer account to become an eCare Thermometer user, helping you manage your content and preferences. Additionally, in accordance with the eCare Thermometer User Service Agreement and applicable national laws and regulations, we offer account cancellation, which you can request by contacting our customer service at: +852-39983163. After your account is canceled, we will stop providing all or part of the services. We will complete the account cancellation within seven business days.
